Ys Origin + English Patch (Repack/DVD-ISO)

Ys Origin ( su Orijin?) is a Japanese Action RPG released in 2006 for Microsoft Windows by Nihon Falcom. It is the seventh game in the Ys series but as a prequel, it is the first in terms of chronology. It is the first game in the series not to revolve around the adventures of Adol Christin.

Taking place 700 years before the events of "Ancient Ys Vanished" (Ys I & II), this game tells much of the backstory of Ys, Darm Tower, the Black Pearl, the twin goddesses and the six priests. The game revolves around three characters as they journey through Darm Tower: Yunica Tovah, Hugo Fact and Thor Fact. Each character has their own motives for climbing the tower and playing through with all three characters will reveal the entirety of the events taking place.

1.8 GB hard disk free space.
512 MB RAM Windows XP or 1 GB RAM Windows Vista/7
DirectX 9.0c
A 3D video graphic card with 64 MB RAM at least.
DVD-ROM Drive or an drive image emulation, like DAEMON Tools

1) Mount or burn the DVD-ISO.

2) Install the game.

3) Go to the "English PatchFALCOM" folder on DVD.

4) Copy everything in the "English PatchFALCOM" folder over to Ys Origin installed folder.
Default is: C:Program FilesFALCOM

5) Run and install the english patch (YsOENGv1.0.exe) over to Ys Origin EXECUTABLES folder.
Default is: C:Program FilesFALCOMYSOWIN

6) Rename the icon created on Desktop to "Ys Origin" (it will be in japanese).

7) Run the game. At first you'll see the setup screen. Setup it as you want and click "Start the game".

NOTE: Make sure you install the patches in the right order or it will not be completly english.
Also if it did not work properly try repeating steps 4 and 5.
